My granddaughter Lucy was ‘over the moon’ with her special F1 biscuit box, especially the Lando Norris helmet that you had specially decorated. I too was delighted when I received the order. Having asked if you could put squiggles on the helmet, I hadn’t expected the correct Lando squiggle details that were put on it! The whole box is being framed to hang on Lucy’s wall! In the first picture, Lucy has her mouth wide open, saying ‘ Oh Wow! ‘ Sorry I can’t comment on the taste or qualty of the biscuits! But a Big Thankyou from us!!!

Omg what can I say , these were delivered in a lovely box and beautiful designed. My daughter and my husband had them for the practice day on the grand prix at silverstone. Tasted amazing apparently. They arrived well packaged. Please give this lady a try as you will not be disappointed. We had the Lando helmet design as this was her fave driver.
This was ordered as a Father’s Day gift for an F1 mad dad! The biscuits came in lovely packaging and were exquisite to look at! Apparently they taste very nice too. What made this delivery extra special was that the customer service team spotted the Father’s Day message and noticed that my delivery date would not get them to me in time. As a result they got in touch to say they had brought the delivery date forward for a perfectly timed arrival. Now that is five star customer service!
Ordered for my F1 mad family. Thought they might like to take to Silverstone with them. They didn’t make it that far! All gone in a couple of hours. They were very pleased with them.

When should I expect delivery?
On or close to the delivery day you picked in your basket. The calendar there shows our next available date. Then at checkout, choose from the delivery services that can deliver on that day; their prices are shown there.
Delivery depends on your chosen method:
- Standard Royal Mail 48 Tracked (£3.99): we advise 2–4 working days from dispatch
- Express Royal Mail 24 Tracked (£5.50): we advise 1–2 working days from dispatch
- Special Guaranteed Next Day (£10.00): next working day (signature required)
We'll dispatch your order to arrive as close as possible to your chosen date, but please note this is an estimate and not guaranteed. We can only guarantee delivery with Special Delivery.
Can I pick a delivery date and/or delay my order?
Yes. Pick your delivery day in your basket, up to 3 months ahead. It's one date for the whole order. Then at checkout, choose from the delivery services that can deliver on that day; their prices are shown there.
Please note this is an estimated delivery date. We aim to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible, usually the working day before or on the date selected. We can only offer a specific delivery date if you choose Special Delivery and the date falls between Tuesday and Friday.
Are your gift boxes letter box friendly?
A single biscuit box will fit through a standard letter box but please note the biscuits are marked with fragile, meaning the postman may prefer to hand deliver them.
How long do the biscuits stay fresh for?
Vanilla Biscuits have a best before of 3 months from dispatch. Gingerbread has a best before of 3 months (Store out of direct sunlight and in a cool dark place).
Do your biscuits contain nuts?
Our biscuits do not contain nuts however we do handle nuts within the bakery meaning they are not nut-safe.
Are the biscuits gluten free or dairy free?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options.
Can I personalise biscuits?
Some of our biscuit boxes can be personalised, depending on the design. Please email us at sales@julietstallwoodcakesandbiscuits.co.uk to check prior to ordering. An additional charge may apply. We can often hand-ice an age or initial, but we cannot change the design or combine biscuits from different gift boxes.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes, a note for each gift. Choose Add a gift note under the item in your basket, or write it in the gift note step if you're personalising. We print it on a card and tuck it in that box.
Sending several of the same gift? Give them all the same note, or write one each. No invoice or price is included in any of our parcels.
