When you sign up to the Loyalty program, you will be able to earn Treat Tokens that you will be able to collect and then exchange for a money off voucher to be used in our shop online. You have to collect at least 500 Treat Tokens to get a £5 off voucher. But the more you collect, the higher ££ voucher (ie. collect 1000 Treat Tokens and then redeem them for a £10 off voucher). Please note that only ONE voucher discount code can be applied at checkout.
No, Treat Tokens are only earned on the subtotal of your purchases not including delivery fees.
Either log into your account and then onto the Loyalty Rewards Club page to see your Treat Token balance or click on the 'present' icon on the bottom left of your screen and your membership card will pop up.
No, You can only apply ONE voucher discount code at checkout.
Your Treat Tokens will not expire. Once you've redeemed a reward in your account, there is no expiry date to use them. You can use them at any time.
If you think you are missing Treat Tokens from completing your profile or placing an order then just send an email to sales@julietstallwoodcakesandbiscuits.co.uk and we'll get it sorted for you! We cannot issue Treat Tokens for orders placed prior to creating your Loyalty Rewards Club account.
You will get your 10% off your online order when you make a purchase on your birthday (or the day before or day after). You have to join the loyalty program and entered your birthday at least 30 days before your birthday date, to be eligible to claim your 10% off.
It may be that you have made an order (and also given us your email address) as a 'guest' and not set up an account. To set up an account, either click the 'Present' icon on the bottom left of your screen or press 'Loyalty Rewards Club' in the top menu bar. If you are not sure whether you have an account, please give us a call and we can check for you.
