A single biscuit box will fit through a standard letter box but please note the biscuits are marked with fragile, meaning the postman may prefer to hand deliver them.

We only currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

We have had customers post on and we are more than happy to add additional packaging for the journey, please add a note to your order at checkout in the 'instructions to seller' box to state you are sending overseas. Please note should you wish to post on, we cannot be held liable for any damages.

Our biscuits do not contain nuts however we do handle nuts within the bakery meaning they are not nut-safe.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options.

Vanilla Biscuits have a best before of 3 months from dispatch. Gingerbread has a best before of 3 months (Store out of direct sunlight and in a cool dark place).

We unfortunately do not currently offer a bespoke service and stock only what is available on our website.

Royal Mail will give you the option to put in for a delivery request for example opting for a different delivery date or leaving with a neighbour/safe place. Please note this is a service provided by Royal Mail, we strongly advise against this as it may cause delays and confusion. Once a delivery request is made we cannot be held responsible for your parcel or any delays incurred.

Some of our biscuit boxes can be personalised, depending on the design. Please email us at sales@julietstallwoodcakesandbiscuits.co.uk to check prior to ordering. An additional charge may apply. We can often hand-ice an age or initial, but we cannot change the design or combine biscuits from different gift boxes.

Our biscuits vary in size according to the design, our square boxes are 14.5cm x 14.5cm x 2.5cm and contain approx 5/6 biscuits. Our larger rectangular boxes are 24cm x 11.5cm x 2.5cm and contain approx 9/10 biscuits. The amount of biscuits will vary depending on the design and will be confirmed on the product page.

Our biscuits will be packaged in our blue biscuit boxes, sealed in a clear cellophane bag, a glassine pad will be placed on top for transport. The biscuit box is then put into our bespoke, wraparound postal boxes.

If you order multiple boxes, they are individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed into our brown postal boxes. All of our postal boxes are made to fit our biscuit boxes to ensure minimal movement for posting. No invoice or price is included in any of our parcels. All billing is done via email.

Please call us immediately for an address change, our telephone is 01747 684991. If we can change the shipping address, we of course will, but we cannot amend shipping details once the biscuit box is dispatched. We try our utmost to respond to every email but we cannot guarantee to pick the email up on time. We work on a fully automated system, so please ensure the shipping details are correct at checkout.

Our Vanilla biscuits contain: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, Free range egg, and vanilla extract.

Our Gingerbread biscuits contain: Wheat flour, brown sugar, treacle, golden syrup, ground ginger and cinnamon, butter and bicarbonate of soda.
