Delivery & returns

Please allow an extra working day for the duration of Black Friday, due to the volume of parcels being dispatched with Royal Mail.

We may dispatch your order earlier than anticipated due to potential delivery delays. Please note, our biscuits have a best before of 3 months from dispatch and come sealed, so they will be fresh for the occasion.

 

The date selected at checkout with Standard or Express Delivery is an estimated delivery date, it is not a guaranteed/specific delivery date.

We can only offer a 'specific' delivery date if you opt for Special Delivery and the date falls between Tue-Sat.  

Our next available delivery date will show on the calendar at checkout. This will be dependent on the delivery postcode and your chosen delivery method. 

We offer three delivery methods for our biscuits:

  1. Standard £3.99– Royal Mail Tracked. We estimate 2-3 working days for delivery once dispatched, but in some cases, depending on the area, such as Scotland and Northern Ireland, parcels may take longer to deliver and we typically advise up to 4 working days. The delivery timings are not guaranteed and we cannot be held liable for delays in delivery, lost or damaged parcels.

  2. Express £5.50 - Royal Mail Tracked. We estimate 1-2 working days for delivery once dispatched. 

  3. Special Delivery Next Working Day £10.00 – Royal Mail Special Delivery signed for. The safest option for small parcels. Next day delivery AFTER dispatch. Delivery will be available from Tuesday - Saturday and a signature will be required upon delivery. 

Our bakery is closed on weekends and bank holidays. Any orders placed Friday pm and over the weekend will be processed on Monday. 

Once your order has been placed, all order details will be confirmed in your order confirmation sent to your email address.

We work on a fully automated system and will only amend your order if requested. Please ensure delivery addresses are correct. Please note, should you use an Express Payment Method, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, it may default your shipping address to what is already registered to that particular payment method.

A shipping confirmation containing your tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. We CANNOT amend any delivery addresses once the parcel has been dispatched and is in the hands of Royal Mail.

All services are fully tracked and the parcel tracking will update throughout their Royal Mail journey. Please note, the Standard or Express Delivery is not a guaranteed service and although Royal Mail aims to deliver within their time frame, it is not guaranteed. 

If you wish to add a request within your Royal Mail tracking and put in for a delivery amendment, we cannot be held responsible for your parcel or any delays incurred. We strongly advise against this as it can cause delays and confusion within Royal Mail. This is a service provided by Royal Mail, not Juliet Stallwood Biscuits.

FREE shipping applies to orders over £45 going to one single UK address. If going to separate addresses, separate orders will need to be placed.

Should you wish to separate your existing order, please contact us and we can charge you the additional postage.

We can delay your order for up to 3 months and a future date can be selected on the calendar at checkout. If you require biscuit boxes for different occasions/dates, they will need to be separate orders.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that delivery instructions or safeplace requests provided to us will be carried out and we are not liable for any errors made by Royal Mail.

Returns & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel any order without reason at any time and issue you with a full refund.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds will be issued at our discretion. 

If your product arrives broken, please send an image along with your order number to sales@julietstallwoodcakesandbiscuits.co.uk. Our customer service team will then be in touch and aim to get this resolved as soon as possible for you.
