Delivery & returns
We have some ranges of iced biscuits, which include our Gift Boxes, that we hold in stock, but our individually wrapped biscuits, including The Art Frame biscuit’, are made to order, so please allow at least 3-4 working days to prepare your order, prior to dispatch. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
We will aim to dispatch same day for orders received before noon for ‘In Stock’ items but this is not guaranteed.
The Birthday Balloon gift set is assembled once ordered due to the customers bespoke chosen numbers, so this set would be dispatched next working day to allow for icing drying time.
If you request for biscuits to be delivered for a certain date (this cannot be at a weekend), we will dispatch at least three working days before. We cannot however, guarantee the biscuits to arrive on your chosen date due to delays with Royal Mail/COVID19, unless 'special delivery' is chosen at checkout.
Please note that the Royal Mail are in some areas, taking longer to deliver parcels than would normally be expected due to the Coronavirus crisis.
We offer two shipping methods for our biscuits:
- Standard – Royal Mail. (1-5 working days at present) We retain proof of postage but the delivery is neither tracked during transit nor guaranteed and we can’t be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
- Special Delivery – Royal Mail. The safest and most cost effective option for small parcels. Next day delivery AFTER dispatch.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that delivery instructions provided to us will be carried out and are not liable for any errors made by Royal Mail or courier companies and can’t be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
We reserve the right to cancel any order without reason at any time and issue you with a full refund.
Cakes cannot be put through Royal Mail or put on an overnight delivery service. They would have to be collected from the bakery or delivered by prior arrangement. (either by ourselves or using a same day courier service)
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns and we can only issue refunds in the unlikely event you do not receive the correct products. If this is the case, your order must be returned to us in it’s original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
