We try and source our ingredients local where possible particularly our eggs and butter.
Our Vanilla biscuits contain: Wheat flour, sugar, butter, Free range egg, and vanilla extract.
Our Gingerbread biscuits contain: Wheat flour, brown sugar, treacle, golden syrup, ground ginger and cinnamon, butter and bicarbonate of soda.
We use royal icing for the decoration on the top of the biscuit. Our royal icing contains: Icing sugar, dried egg whites, lemon juice and food colours.
Products are suitable for vegetarians.
Vanilla Biscuits have a best before of 3 months from dispatch.
Gingerbread has a best before of 3 months from dispatch.
(Store out of direct sunlight and in a cool dark place).
Our biscuits contain gluten, milk (dairy), wheat and egg. Although the biscuits do not contain nuts, we do handle nuts within the bakery. We unfortunately do not offer a gluten free or dairy free alternative at the moment.
As all our biscuits are handmade, there may be some small variations in colour and design.
