Bought these for an elderly relative who eats very little. She ate these and thoroughly enjoyed them. I bought them because her favourite biscuit is ginger flavour and favourite pet is a cat. The biscuits were well packed and delivery was as expected.
Really appreciated by my daughter - challenging delivery to a boat ... she had along day of work and they were appreciated buy her and Gremlin her black cat!

I bought these for my Mum as a “Thank you!” Present for cat sitting my 2 furry boys whilst I went away for a couple of days. As soon as I saw them I knew they were the perfect present! Mum absolutely loved them and said they were delicious, which I can confirm - she had saved one for me! I have bought several of these biscuits now in different designs and have been delighted every time, as have the recipients!
I was hoping to purchase the ‘pamper’ biscuits as a retirement gift for my sister, but unfortunately when the time was right to purchase them, they had sold out! So, as an alternative I opted for the ‘cats’ (she is a crazy cat lady). The parcel arrived so quickly and was very well packaged and beautifully wrapped inside, so no need for extra wrapping. My sister was over the moon with them and her verdict was “very nice crunch and snap, but not too hard that your teeth will break. Nice amount of ginger taste, but not overpowering and not too sweet.” We have already recommended these to a number of friends and will certainly be purchasing more ourselves in the future.
Got these for my friends 60th...she is a crazy cat lady and these were the perfect gift for her. Although she said she was going to put them in a frame rather than eat them becausethey looked so special. I had to convince her to take a photo and keep that instead and to enjoy the biscuits...I'm hoping she does.

When should I expect delivery?
On or close to the delivery day you picked in your basket. The calendar there shows our next available date. Then at checkout, choose from the delivery services that can deliver on that day; their prices are shown there.
Delivery depends on your chosen method:
- Standard Royal Mail 48 Tracked (£3.99): we advise 2–4 working days from dispatch
- Express Royal Mail 24 Tracked (£5.50): we advise 1–2 working days from dispatch
- Special Guaranteed Next Day (£10.00): next working day (signature required)
We'll dispatch your order to arrive as close as possible to your chosen date, but please note this is an estimate and not guaranteed. We can only guarantee delivery with Special Delivery.
Can I pick a delivery date and/or delay my order?
Yes. Pick your delivery day in your basket, up to 3 months ahead. It's one date for the whole order. Then at checkout, choose from the delivery services that can deliver on that day; their prices are shown there.
Please note this is an estimated delivery date. We aim to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible, usually the working day before or on the date selected. We can only offer a specific delivery date if you choose Special Delivery and the date falls between Tuesday and Friday.
Are your gift boxes letter box friendly?
A single biscuit box will fit through a standard letter box but please note the biscuits are marked with fragile, meaning the postman may prefer to hand deliver them.
How long do the biscuits stay fresh for?
Vanilla Biscuits have a best before of 3 months from dispatch. Gingerbread has a best before of 3 months (Store out of direct sunlight and in a cool dark place).
Do your biscuits contain nuts?
Our biscuits do not contain nuts however we do handle nuts within the bakery meaning they are not nut-safe.
Are the biscuits gluten free or dairy free?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options.
Can I personalise biscuits?
Some of our biscuit boxes can be personalised, depending on the design. Please email us at sales@julietstallwoodcakesandbiscuits.co.uk to check prior to ordering. An additional charge may apply. We can often hand-ice an age or initial, but we cannot change the design or combine biscuits from different gift boxes.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes, a note for each gift. Choose Add a gift note under the item in your basket, or write it in the gift note step if you're personalising. We print it on a card and tuck it in that box.
Sending several of the same gift? Give them all the same note, or write one each. No invoice or price is included in any of our parcels.
