We loved our biscuits. The icing was perfect and the decorations were superb. And - they were very tasty!!! They arrived quickly and were perfectly presented. Some more have already been ordered for Christmas.

Lovely birthday surprise for my daughter Florence from her pony Lissy

I was given a box of the horsey biscuits as a gift last year and loved them so much I recently bought a box for a horsey friendās birthday and she loves them also. Tasty biscuits with just enough icing on top. Would love to see the horse offered in a choice of colours and the option to personalise with an age/initials (maybe a rosette in there?) as with other boxes Iāve just ordered a racing car box for my hubbyās birthday with his age and initials especially made for him. I have a lot of horsey friends who would love these treats especially if horse is their colour ! š“ x

When should I expect delivery?
On or close to the delivery day you picked in your basket. The calendar there shows our next available date. Then at checkout, choose from the delivery services that can deliver on that day; their prices are shown there.

- Standard Royal Mail 48 Tracked (Ā£3.99): we advise 2ā4 working days from dispatch
- Express Royal Mail 24 Tracked (Ā£5.50): we advise 1ā2 working days from dispatch
- Special Guaranteed Next Day (Ā£10.00): next working day (signature required)
We'll dispatch your order to arrive as close as possible to your chosen date, but please note this is an estimate and not guaranteed. We can only guarantee delivery with Special Delivery.
Can I pick a delivery date and/or delay my order?
Yes. Pick your delivery day in your basket, up to 3 months ahead. It's one date for the whole order. Then at checkout, choose from the delivery services that can deliver on that day; their prices are shown there.
Please note this is an estimated delivery date. We aim to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible, usually the working day before or on the date selected. We can only offer a specific delivery date if you choose Special Delivery and the date falls between Tuesday and Friday.
Are your gift boxes letter box friendly?
A single biscuit box will fit through a standard letter box but please note the biscuits are marked with fragile, meaning the postman may prefer to hand deliver them.
How long do the biscuits stay fresh for?
Vanilla Biscuits have a best before of 3 months from dispatch. Gingerbread has a best before of 3 months (Store out of direct sunlight and in a cool dark place).
Do your biscuits contain nuts?
Our biscuits do not contain nuts however we do handle nuts within the bakery meaning they are not nut-safe.
Are the biscuits gluten free or dairy free?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options.
Can I personalise biscuits?
Some of our biscuit boxes can be personalised, depending on the design. Please email us at sales@julietstallwoodcakesandbiscuits.co.uk to check prior to ordering. An additional charge may apply. We can often hand-ice an age or initial, but we cannot change the design or combine biscuits from different gift boxes.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes, a note for each gift. Choose Add a gift note under the item in your basket, or write it in the gift note step if you're personalising. We print it on a card and tuck it in that box.
Sending several of the same gift? Give them all the same note, or write one each. No invoice or price is included in any of our parcels.
