Bought these Christmas Biscuits for a family member, they are so gorgeous, beautifully presented in a blue box and well wrapped, no breakages. The Biscuits are so lovely and festive, so nicely iced too. This is my second purchase this year and certainly won't be my last. These are a different gift and were well received. In fact the person receiving them went on to order some themselves. Such original and well crafted Biscuits 5 Stars! Definitely recommend!

It was a gift - and he was delighted with them. He said they were too good to eat, though I suspect he did. He didn't know who they were from so I wonder if that information could be made unmissable when these are sent out.

Hello There, Forgive me being a wee bit confused - I was the PURCHASER of the biscuits, but NOT the recipient and therefore cannot comment . You also send an email to me as the Purchaser regarding delivery etc. etc. Think maybe you need to look at your systems. However, the biscuits that were sent to us as a gift were delicious, and hence why we have sent them as gifts to our friends.

Biscuits are lovely- but am unhappy with the packaging- the biscuits used to come with individual tissue wrap and sticker - I understand that is no longer the case- as you advertise that they are beautifully wrapped - I don't feel that it is impressive now unfortunately.

When should I expect delivery?
On or close to the delivery day you picked in your basket. The calendar there shows our next available date. Then at checkout, choose from the delivery services that can deliver on that day; their prices are shown there.
Delivery depends on your chosen method:
- Standard Royal Mail 48 Tracked (£3.99): we advise 2–4 working days from dispatch
- Express Royal Mail 24 Tracked (£5.50): we advise 1–2 working days from dispatch
- Special Guaranteed Next Day (£10.00): next working day (signature required)
We'll dispatch your order to arrive as close as possible to your chosen date, but please note this is an estimate and not guaranteed. We can only guarantee delivery with Special Delivery.
Can I pick a delivery date and/or delay my order?
Yes. Pick your delivery day in your basket, up to 3 months ahead. It's one date for the whole order. Then at checkout, choose from the delivery services that can deliver on that day; their prices are shown there.
Please note this is an estimated delivery date. We aim to deliver as close to your chosen date as possible, usually the working day before or on the date selected. We can only offer a specific delivery date if you choose Special Delivery and the date falls between Tuesday and Friday.
Are your gift boxes letter box friendly?
A single biscuit box will fit through a standard letter box but please note the biscuits are marked with fragile, meaning the postman may prefer to hand deliver them.
How long do the biscuits stay fresh for?
Vanilla Biscuits have a best before of 3 months from dispatch. Gingerbread has a best before of 3 months (Store out of direct sunlight and in a cool dark place).
Do your biscuits contain nuts?
Our biscuits do not contain nuts however we do handle nuts within the bakery meaning they are not nut-safe.
Are the biscuits gluten free or dairy free?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan options.
Can I personalise biscuits?
Some of our biscuit boxes can be personalised, depending on the design. Please email us at sales@julietstallwoodcakesandbiscuits.co.uk to check prior to ordering. An additional charge may apply. We can often hand-ice an age or initial, but we cannot change the design or combine biscuits from different gift boxes.
Can I add a gift note?
Yes, a note for each gift. Choose Add a gift note under the item in your basket, or write it in the gift note step if you're personalising. We print it on a card and tuck it in that box.
Sending several of the same gift? Give them all the same note, or write one each. No invoice or price is included in any of our parcels.
