When should I order?
We advise ordering 5 working days (weekends not included) in advance for dispatch and delivery.
Can I pick a delivery date?
You can add a note at checkout with the date the biscuits are required. We can only offer a specific delivery date if you select Special Delivery and the date falls between a Tuesday-Friday. If you select Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched 4 working days in advance to arrive around the date. We cannot offer a specific delivery date with Standard Delivery.
How long does it take for the biscuits to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days of placing your order. (unless otherwise specified on the product page).
Can I personalise biscuits?
On some of our biscuits this may be possible, yes.
Do you deliver internationally?
At the moment, unfortunately not. But hope to soon.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes, you can collect from the bakery.
How long do the biscuits stay fresh for?
Vanilla and Chocolate biscuits have a shelf life of 4 weeks. Gingerbread has a shelf life of 3 months (Store out of direct sunlight and in a cool dark place).
How big are the biscuits?
Our biscuits vary in size according to the design, but on average approx 7cm-10cm width and height. Our gift boxes are 14.5cm x 14.5cm x 2.5cm
Can I send my order to multiple addresses?
If you place an order that contains more than one gift box, they can only get shipped to a single address and not multiple addresses. A separate order would have to made for each address.
The 'FREE shipping offer' of orders over £40, ONLY applies if the order is shipped to a single address.
Can I delay my order?
Unfortunately we cannot offer a delayed/later posting date.
When should I expect delivery?
Our parcels are sent through Royal Mail. Our 'Standard' delivery is a tracked service. Delivery would normally take 2-4 working days once dispatched, but In some cases, depending on the area, parcels may take a longer to deliver. Only after 10 working days are we able to investigate a non delivery of an order. The delivery timings are not guaranteed and we can’t be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
We cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver parcels at a weekend.
