When should I order?
We advise ordering 5 working days (weekends and bank holidays not included) in advance for dispatch and delivery.
Can I pick a delivery date and/or delay my order?
We can delay your order for up to 2 months. If you require gift boxes for different occasions/dates, they will need to be separate orders. Please select 'Delivery Date' at checkout. This is an estimated delivery date. ( 95% of parcels will arrive on the estimated delivery date) We can only offer a 'specific' delivery date if you opt for Special Delivery and the date falls between Tue-Fri.
How long does it take for the biscuits to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch the same or next working day for orders placed before 10am, Tuesday- Friday. Any orders placed on a Monday will be dispatched from next working day.
Any Orders placed Friday pm and over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Please note our bakery is closed weekends and bank holidays.

Are your gift boxes letter box friendly?
Although the gift boxes may fit through some letterboxes, they do not fit through all. We also use fragile tape on the outer postal box meaning the postman or courier may prefer to hand deliver the gift box.
Can I send my order to multiple addresses?
No. You will have to place separate orders if you would like your parcel sent to different addresses.
When should I expect delivery?
Our 'Standard' delivery is a tracked service sent via Royal Mail. Delivery would normally take 2-3 working days once dispatched, but in some cases, depending on the area, parcels may take a little longer.
Our 'Express' is a tracked service sent via Royal Mail. Delivery would normally take 1-2 business days once dispatched.
Our 'Next Business Day' is sent via Royal Mail-Special Delivery, fully tracked and signed for. Next working day (Mon- Fri) service once dispatched. Not a guaranteed Saturday delivery.
The delivery timings provided are an estimate and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery or lost or damaged parcels.
We cannot guarantee that Royal Mail will deliver parcels at the weekend.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please call us immediately for an address change. If we can change the shipping address, we of course will, but we cannot amend shipping details once the gift box is dispatched. We try our utmost to respond to every email but we cannot guarantee to pick the email up on time. We work on a fully automated system, so please ensure the shipping details are correct at checkout.
Can I amend my order once it's been dispatched?
Royal Mail will give you the option to put in for a delivery request however, we strongly advise against this as it will cause delays and confusion. Once a delivery request is made we cannot be held responsible for your parcel or any delays incurred.
Do you deliver internationally?
At the moment, unfortunately not. But we hope to soon.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes- If you live locally you can collect from our bakery in Sturminster Newton DT10 2GA.
Do your biscuits contain nuts?
Our biscuits do not contain nuts however we do handle nuts within the bakery meaning they are not nut-safe.
Are the biscuits gluten free or dairy free?
We unfortunately do not offer a gluten free or dairy free alternative at the moment.
How long do the biscuits stay fresh for?
Vanilla Biscuits have a best before of 3 months from dispatch. Gingerbread has a best before of 3 months (Store out of direct sunlight and in a cool dark place).
Can we do a bespoke gift box?
We unfortunately do not currently offer a bespoke service and stock only what is available on our website.
Can I personalise biscuits?
On some of our biscuits, we may be able to hand ice an age or name but we cannot change the design or combine biscuits from existing gift boxes.
How big are the biscuits?
Our biscuits vary in size according to the design, our gift boxes are 14.5cm x 14.5cm x 2.5cm and approx 5/6 biscuits per gift box.
I have not received my discount code or order / shipping confirmation?
Please check your spam/junk folder of your email and ensure you have entered the correct email address. If you have still not received them, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot apply the 10% discount to an existing order however it can be used for future orders.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm. Our phone line opens from 9:15am -4:45pm.
Do we offer wholesale?
We currently do not offer wholesale but hope to introduce this year!
How are the biscuits packaged?
Our biscuits will be packaged in our eco-friendly biscuit boxes, sealed in a clear cellophane bag, a glassine pad will be placed on top for transport. The biscuit box is then neatly wrapped in bubble wrap, folded in tissue paper, and sealed with a branded sticker. Your gift message will be printed on a small card and will be placed on top. No invoice or price is included in any of our parcels. All billing is done via email. The gift box is put into our brown postal boxes, made to our fit our biscuit boxes to ensure minimal movement for posting.
